  • Delivery timelines are based on mutual agreement post design finalization.

  • Timelines may vary based on material availability, site readiness, and scale of the project.

  • Our team will coordinate to ensure smooth transportation and on-site assembly.

🏠 Site Readiness Responsibilities (Customer):

  • Ensure flooring, electrical, and plumbing works are completed before furniture installation.

  • Provide unrestricted access to elevators or stairways if needed.

  • Presence of the client or an authorized representative is required during installation.

🚧 Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, etc.)

  • Delay in site readiness

  • Client-side approvals or payment delays


🧾 Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery within Gurugram/Delhi NCR is included in the project cost (unless specified).

  • For outstation deliveries, charges will be discussed based on location and volume.
