At Medusa Furniture, we take pride in crafting made-to-order, high-quality modular furniture tailored to your needs. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
🔁 Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.
❌ Orders Cannot Be Cancelled If:
Design has been approved and production has begun.
Materials have been procured or cut specifically for your project.
Custom finishes or fabrication are in progress.
If cancellation is requested before production begins, it may be subject to a 25% deduction from the advance to cover administrative and design charges.
Warranty Policy
We offer a limited warranty of 5 years (or as per product type) covering manufacturing defects only. This applies to:
Structural issues (cracks, warping due to improper construction)
Hardware failure (hinges, channels, etc.)
Defects in workmanship
⚠️ Not Covered Under Warranty:
Damage due to mishandling or misuse
Water seepage or leakage-related issues
Pest damage (e.g., termites, rodents)
Third-party installation or unauthorized modifications
Natural wear and tear, scratches, stains, fading, or surface changes
📄 Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a claim:
Send clear photos and a description of the issue to: get@medusafurniture.com
Attach your original invoice.
Our technical team will assess and respond within 5-7 business days.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
