At Medusa Furniture, we take pride in crafting made-to-order, high-quality modular furniture tailored to your needs. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


πŸ” Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

❌ Orders Cannot Be Cancelled If:

  • Design has been approved and production has begun.

  • Materials have been procured or cut specifically for your project.

  • Custom finishes or fabrication are in progress.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, it may be subject to a 25% deduction from the advance to cover administrative and design charges.

Warranty Policy

We offer a limited warranty of 5 years (or as per product type) covering manufacturing defects only. This applies to:

  • Structural issues (cracks, warping due to improper construction)

  • Hardware failure (hinges, channels, etc.)

  • Defects in workmanship

⚠️ Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Damage due to mishandling or misuse

  • Water seepage or leakage-related issues

  • Pest damage (e.g., termites, rodents)

  • Third-party installation or unauthorized modifications

  • Natural wear and tear, scratches, stains, fading, or surface changes

To initiate a claim:

  1. Send clear photos and a description of the issue to: get@medusafurniture.com

  2. Attach your original invoice.

  3. Our technical team will assess and respond within 5-7 business days.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
